Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients by, emails, and networking
- Present our company and its offerings to prospective clients
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate products/services
- Tailor solutions to increase customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships
- Continuously seek new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline
- Schedule meetings and facilitate conversations between clients and relevant stakeholders
- Report on progress and outcomes to the Business Development Manager
- Stay updated on industry trends and the latest product offerings
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in business development or a related field, preferably in marketing, tech, or consulting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English (additional languages are a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven success in lead generation and achieving business development goals
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
- Proficient in Google Workspace, ClickApp, and MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and reports)
- Strong understanding of business development metrics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, comfortable working remotely in a flexible environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Passion for driving growth and creating value for clients
Key Responsibilities
